We want to keep your personal information safe. To make sure we're compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), we cannot speak to third parties—including family members, doctors, or employers—about a member without receiving written permission from the member to do so. If you allow us to speak with someone else about your membership or insurance billing, send us a letter with your name, member ID, the name of the third party, and your signature to:
